'Under the Weather' Form

We are pleased to introduce our 'Under the Weather' Form.

This form can be used to let us know when your child is well enough to attend school, but may need a little extra support or understanding during the day. This could be due to a minor illness such as a cough, cold or headache, a recent injury, feelings of anxiety, or any other concern you feel we should be aware of. By filling out the form, your child can stay in school without missing out on vital learning or socialising with their friends, while you can be reassured that they are being looked after. 

If you complete the form before 9:30am on the day your child attends school, we will ensure the information is shared with the relevant staff, so that we can keep an eye on them and provide any appropriate support throughout the day. If it is after 9:30am, please call the school office on 01302 852200 and we will pass on a message to your child's class teacher.
