Year 3 - Music 23.6.22

In our music lesson today, we focussed on understanding musical vocabulary and respresenting this with our bodies. We listened to music that is traditionally used to celebrate the Chinese New Year and created movements to show the following:

• Crescendo– make movements bigger and bigger to match the crescendo in the music.
• Tempo – make movements faster or slower to match the tempo of the music.
• Duration– make short or long movements to match the short and long notes (or rhythms) in the music.
