F1 Butterflies - 23rd May 2022

When the children returned to school after the weekend on Monday 23rd May, they were delighted to see that a butterfly had emerged from a chrysalis.  Over the next few days, the children saw two more butterflies emerge.  The children looked closely at the patterns on the wings and they learnt they were called Painted Lady butterflies.  The children then released them into the school gardens.  

The children created some beautiful butterfly paintings.
