Year 1 Parent maths session 23.3.22

Year 1 had fun with our adults outdoor completing various measurement activities.  We compared our heights and the length of our arms and legs using handspans.  We used the vocabulary of length and height - longer, taller, shorter, tallest, longest, shortest etc. - when comparing lengths and heights.  We also went into the woodland to measure various objects using non-standard units.
