Warmsworth Primary School - Year 3, 4 and 5 Production - Further Information

• The Production is to be performed on both evenings by all children in Years 3, 4 and 5 on Monday 5th February and Tuesday 6^th February 2024.
• The  children are expected to attend on both evenings; please liaise with your child’s class teacher directly if this is not possible, as this will affect roles, choreography etc.
• Each year group sings, dances and narrates their story.
• Lyrics for songs have been sent home as have lines to learn for the children who need them.
• On the days of the performances, children will leave from school at the usual time of 3.30pm.
• If your child goes to Buttons or an after-school club on the days of the performances, they may get changed at Buttons or in school.
• The children in years 3, 4 and 5 all need to be back at school at 5pm (30 minutes before the performance will start at 5.30pm) wearing the outfits they are to perform in. Children will perform in bare feet (no socks or tights). They do not need to bring anything else with them, other than their water bottle is they wish.
• All Year 3 children need to register in 4CW classroom on the evenings of the performances – this is the first Year 4 classroom on the KS2 playground (the children know where it is)
• All Year 4 children will need to register in 4VL.
• All Year 5 children will register in their usual classrooms
• The Production will last for approximately 60 minutes, with an estimated finish time of 6.30pm.
• Children will need to be collected from the classrooms listed above after the performances.

Please let us know if there are any concerns relating to any of the above, as far in advance of these evenings as possible. It is a busy and exciting time in school as we work hard to prepare for these performances, and as I’m sure you’ll appreciate, it can be tricky to organise 180 children.
