Dragon egg

Date: 19th Feb 2024 @ 1:47pm

After receiving an e-mail from Mrs Train, Year 1 went into the woodand to investiate a new discovery. The children noticed that an egg had been left in the woodland. The children had lots of ideas about how it arrived. We took the eggs back into the classrooms as the children did not want them to get cold or eaten by other preditors. We thought about what might be inside the eggs. We made predictions, and some children linked their ides back to their science learning and thought there might be a snake or lizard as repitles lay eggs. Over the next few days we found out that the eggs had been lost by Marmaduke, he wanted to know if we would like a dragon as a pet. dragons.JPG
